Exploratory Essay Feedback, Sick, and Peer Review

Hi, Class!

I am sick (actually, I think still sick from last month), and not going to make it in.

You can still work in the lab, and, probably should. I'm going to send you your Exploratory Essay feedback soon (Your essays are graded, I just have to do the multiple clicking action. But first, coffee.)

Things to do:
1.) If you don't get feedback from me, this is a problem. This means 1 of 3 things. 1.) I didn't clicky right (and this happens) 2.) I didn't get your essay 3.) You didn't send/write your essay.

If it's 1.)  or 2.) Drop me a line asking me to double check.  If it turns out to be 2.) FIRST, SCREEN SHOT THAT YOU SENT IT ON TIME.

DO NOT IMMEDIATELY SEND IT AGAIN.

Otherwise, I just think you're a scamp taking an extra couple weeks with your essay, and I am annoyed.

Then you can send it again.

If it's 3... You should just meet with your advisor about how best to drop the class and get your priorities straight next time around. Which I say with love. Everyone has bad semesters. Life is hard. (Anyone who says differently is selling something.)

In other news...

PEER REVIEW TUESDAY

1.) Show up. Those of you who didn't show up... it showed.
2.) Bring your best work. Those of you who brought a weak/sloppy draft... it showed. You're not getting the most out of your peers or the experience.
3.) Bring TWO copies, bring them "blind" with a fake name or no name, but a dazzling title.

Email me with questions. I'm sorry not to be there. I'll miss you. <3
